MOLDING
Your prototype is molded with either pink silicone or regular rubber. The resulting mold will allow for the creation of wax replicas, which we can use for casting.
CASTING
We utilize the lost-wax casting method to duplicate your jewelry or sculpture design in a metal of your choosing.
This includes but is not limited to:
Brass, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum
POLISHING
We offer the following services for surface finishing:
Raw, Tumbled, Matte and High Polish, etc.
CAD + 3-D PRINTING
Your sketches and designs can be used to generate 3D models through our use of Gemvision's Matrix or Delcam's ArtCAM.
We can also 3-D print your files on any of our machines.
STONE SETTING
We offer the following for stone setting services:
Gypsy/Flush Setting
Prong Setting
Bezel Setting
SOLDERING + ASSEMBLY
We can add jump rings, ear posts and chains to your pieces.
We also provide:
chain link repair, ring re-sizing, ring shank repair, re-polishing.
